CONTAINER LOADING

Customer's equipment has been moisture vapour barrier packed and crated for ocean container shipment. When items are oversize and require lifting by crane such as these 12ton moulding press tools, open top containers can be used to facilitate loading.

OVERSEAS SHIPMENT

Equipment is prepared on-site for export crating. This main test unit was crated using standard shock absorbing packing procedures.
The base forms the foundation for the crate and anchors the contents. In combination with the panels and internal blocking, it supports the contents during handling.

OPEN SLAT CRATING

There are times when placing equipment onto a flat rack and leaving protruding unprotected parts can jeopardize the integrity of the item being shipped. Open slat crates will accomplish this task while weighing less than a fully enclosed box and at a lesser cost.

MOISTURE VAPOUR BARRIER PACKING

Vacuum packing is accomplished by cushioning all sharp protrusions on the item being packed and fully enclosing it in a barrier foil bag.
Desiccant, silica gel or activated clay is placed within the enclosure to control moisture ingress and maintain a 20% to 30% relative humidity controlled environment.
